Bought it online, then downloaded the software. Do i still get my ingame item? I have yet to see it or get a responce from other players online.

Log into you Play NC account on the site.
Look under games, and select the "choose character" button.
Choose ur toon that you want to have it, and ur done.
give it a week or so to appear in ur inventory or WH tho

Does it only work for one character? or do you get a limitless supply of that item, one per char? Thats how it was in GW >.>

Only one. And it cannot be traded to other character, so choose visely :)

my choose a character page wont load....

Mine took a very long time to load but it did load eventually.

Nonono, I am talking about choosing character on playNC site, to wchich you assign party mas to. It's done off game, on web page.
