Well I know they patched so it works more often but made it a 10 min recast (dislike the recast big time). But are you supposed to go purple casting it if there is a purple near by or is it a bug? I think that is about the stupidest thing ever if so. Its not like the spell effects a PC in any way only deagros NPC's.
