SR question

This is regarding the Rapid shot 2 min self buff
Not the 20 minute Rapid Fire buff that all archers get.

Ok, I see that there are effect 1-9 but from 2 to 3 I didn't see a speed boost! Am I wrong? Can some experienced SR tell me how the skill actually affect you when you use it?

It only increases the p.atk when you level the skill up not the Attack speed and the range loss.

yeah ... out hp sucks... and what else sucks... is the fact that we get no mp management at all. I'm out of mp before HEs are at 1/2.

With pots or heals we got infinite MP, naaaaananananaaaaaanaaaaaaaaa!

we were doing a raid, all HEs except me, and i used an MP pot and was still the only one getting recharges from the EE...
