urm.....lines maybe....lol - bad i know....i used to know but have forgotten as i usuallly do not look at that enough anymore.
those are to show where that side has to at least get to in order to win, if neither side gets past there mark then that seal isnt won by anyone, i dont think, not 100% but thats what i think it is so yea lol
Yeah, that's the minimum point that must be reached for that seal to be won.
Don't say "won" - that still confuses many people who then think that one side has to have a higher percentage than the other to open a particular seal (when in reality it does not matter at all what percentage of the other side voted for that seal).

When a side has won the last competition period and already has opened a particular seal, only ten percent of the people on that side need to vote again for that seal in order to keep it.

When a side either has won but not opened a particular seal, or when that side has lost the last competition period, 35 percent of the people need to vote for a particular seal to open it.

That's what those lines show - either the 35% or the 10%, so that you know if your side would open/keep a particular seal with the current votes.
Yep, those are the percentages of people signed up to fight for that seal needed to gain the seal.

If a seal was not previously held you need at least 35% of the people signed up fighting for a seal to win the seal. If the seal was previously held only 10% of the people signed up need to be fighting for it in order to win it.

This mean that if you lost the previous week and all the people who sign up are very evenly distributed across all three seals you could win the competition and not win any seals (33% fighting for each one), I doubt this has ever happened though. It also means it is impossible to win all three seal if your cabal lost the previous competition.

Edit: Varaya was quicker and clearer. :)
