currently lvl 55 SR, regular BoP, crap jewels, little bit of C armor, no healer/buffer. What are some good places for me to hunt? or good quests that go with certain hunting spots?

Forsaken Plains out of aden. You'll be good there well into your early 60's.

Then again. crap jewels and C armor... eh. I dunno. But the BoP will work

get a plated leather set, and a prophet friend/ archer friend (with prophet box preferably) and watch everything around you die
