So, is there a model viewer for L2? I've always been a fan of creating things like signatures and wallpapers using the models from FFXI by using one of it's model viewers to get the character that I want, in the pose that I want. I tried googling but came out empty handed, so maybe there isn't one. But, hey, maybe I'm just not searching enough. Anyone know?
L2 uses the UT engine
the meshes are exactly the same used in other games but there are slight modifications to the way they save them which makes them unviewable (unless you know what those changes are)
im not saying i know how to view them or that ive played around with them but suffice to say if i had i wouldnt be allowed to tell you how it can be done
The .ogg files were changed in the first 3 or 4 bits as was posted ages ago. Maybe they did the same to the utx files. Just guess here but it implies a pattern.

Yeah, I've been hoping someone would create an L2 model viewer for some time. If one exists, it's not nearly as easy to find as it is those made available for other MMO's.
If google didnt help ya, you simply asked the wrong questions. And this is showing you dont know much about 3d models, so its maybe better google didnt help.
As for Jason, there is more then one L2 modelviewer, they just dont have the label L2 on them. As a hint, one comes from the creators. And none works without your own work.
