Am I doing something wrong here? I have a Dark Elf named Shadowhawk, I got to level 6 and went to Miss Queen to get the weapon exchange coupon, and she said I cant get it because I have to be a lowbie of level 6. Ok, I figured it was a bug and I went out and killed more, made level 7 and went back, and she still wouldnt allow me to get a weapon exchange coupon. I even tried with being completely unarmed just in case that was an issue...nada.
Am I doing something wrong. I have only been playing for 2 days, and for my regular Elf Mystic I did this with no problem, but trying to do it with my Dark Elf fighter I get no where.
You can get the weapon only for your first toon that reached lvl 6 (LE Mystic in your case). All other newbie benefits you can get on any low-level toon.

this means the newb buffs until lvl 25 is for all characters. the D grade shadow coupons are for all characters after first class transfer. but the adventurer weapons and traveler weapons are only for the first character to reach lvl 6 on each server
