I am working on a list for all towns. Right now I have Giran down and Goddard somewhat done.
What do clan halls have to offer? (http://www.arktic.net/wrath/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=395&Item id=46)

The page has been updated. Not all buffs or recipes are there for each town as of yet but LadyMoira and myself have been working hard on this.

Thank you!
