Explain EE decrease weight buff plz :)

Are there any other benefits besides being able to carry more?

I actually also have a question about the bless shield and advance block buffs. They stack, right? Cause they're fairly similar in description.

Decrease Weight helps you loose the weight penalty if you have it.

The description for BS and AB is pretty wrong. Blessed Shield increases your shield block rate while Advanced Block loweres the damage done when you succesfully block with your shield.

While Lofl also meant this (I think), it is important to say that Decrease Weight does not allow you to carry more, it just allows you to carry more without receiving a penalty.

that is correct. Unlike the dawn buff that increases the max carrying capacity, Decrease Weight changes the weight limits set to get penalties. You cannot carry more then you usually could total but can carry more before incuring any sort of penalty.
