Ok, so I when from lev49 to lev52 an not one life stone drop? Last night in a pole party we got one stone. We where hunting from 7pm, to 10:15pm an one stone. WT$!
Do i need to move to a better place to get 1 stone? do Cat's don't drop stone? was going on?
I been playing for a full year now, never gon't a full drop, never gon't anything past +4, never got it a safe 60% rec to craft and now never gon't a stone....I tell you the truth, if not for my clan i would be playing my Xbox & PSP right now.
An then you wonder why all my friends don't want to join me in L2...The box should said L2 your part time job....heheheheheh
I'm melee and I've gotten 4 (lv 70, lv 70, lv 70-mid, lv 70). Three while soloing on my Hierophant and one in the deepest part of LoA in a party. My clanny got a lv 76 in Pagans. My friend got 2 lv 70-mids in Catacombs. They ain't rare.
Nukers got more, couse they kill more mobs (1x hp) and they solo most of time.
I saw 7x 76 stones drop in my party, but none for me :( Hell, one ppl in my party got 2 stones in 1,5h :( Im jealous :evil:

Lifestones don't like me either. I've yet to get one as a drop. I just bought a couple in the market to see what augments I'd get. No luck there either. :mad:
The drop rate is completely rotten.
I got a no grade lvl 70 at HS. That's great but it's useless.
Top-grade may have some cool modifiers, but they drop only for people hunting 24/7... ie our friends The Unmentionnable.
I guess the more mobs you kill he better chance you have. As the lvl of lifestones isn't really critical, it must be better to kill a lot of green mobs than a few yellow/red ones. No?
And if top-grade is only on RB, well except rift RB I assume I won't have any, even at my low level.
both high and top-grade lifestones drop from regular mobs as well, but at a fairly low %. looking at L2 WH its about 1/6,000-10,000 for top-grades, so its not anything that is easy to "farm" :/
I have personally found that life stones drop more frequently in the catacombs than in open-sky grinding areas. It might be that I just had good luck in the catas as compared to non-cata hunting grounds, but I have been speaking with some friends and they agree that they find them more "easily" in catacombs and necros. Just an FYI, might not be ture, but I am beggining to feel there is something to the idea.
0 Life Stones for me so far, hunting 3+ hours a day since Interlude came out. But I'm also 0/9 on my last overenchant attempts and 0/3 on my last 60% crafts. gg
