Hello folks, I have a question about the trial code I received in my box. First off, it's 14 days, so I invite someone for a 14 day trial. Now say if the person wishes to keep playing, all they have to do is pay for a real serial code sometime in that 14 day period correct? If you anyone has time to answer, please and thank you.
So it'd be like this -> They play for 14 days, then they cant play correct? But if they want to, they can purchase a code and continue from there without losing their character correct?

you probably wouldn't lose your character unless NC did some housecleaning of accounts (which has never happened to my knowledge except bannings).
You could feasibly finish the trial, not pay, and then a month later decide you wanted to give it another go. You would then pay and log into your account as normal.

I am 100% certain you will not lose your character since I did the same thing when I started. I bought Guild Wars and that came with a 14 day trial for L2. I played the 14 days(all while ignoring GW), and after the 14 days, I decided to wait until the Epic boxed version came out, which was about 2 months later. When it finally was released, I re-activated my account to find my character was still active and ready to roll.
