I decided to try the free trial offer and I have to say so far it's been cool. I wasn't too sure which server to pick but ended up here  I'm lvl 15 and have managed to get myself into a devotion set and have that NG weapon they give for the interlude event.
Been questing and doing the manor and since I plan on keeping an account I figured maybe someone has a spot for me in an Academy in the very near future. I rolled a Light Elf btw and will go summoner since I plan to play a bit casually at first so I figure they solo better.
Oh and I'll gladly listen to any advice anyone wants to throw out there or maybe you can just explain the server politics a bit to me.
I can deal with Greeks, played with some in other games (cool ppl for the most part). About the whole buff slave thing, SE is the way to go on that if I'm going to go summoner or should I have a prophet?
if your european and in need of a clan/ academy spot feel free to pm me (craylon) between 6 and 10pm gmt+1
i myselve play a phantom summoner and would love to have more summoners in the clan.
with the latest update you have 2 choices as summoner imho regarding buffers:
1 the se if you want to hunt in catacombs
2 the prophet if you want to hunt outside
imho the prophet is slightly better xp due to the better buffs (greater might, berserker spirit...) and when hunting outside the mana and hp herbs will help to keep you going even with the summon that takes "only" 10% of your xp
in catacombs due to no herbs and higher hp mobs you need a se with vr
