I cant find the one that is on the west side of the island. I found the other two 1 by the pillar, 2 by the school, plz where is the third and final 1

If you run past the waterfall and then turn north, you will eventually notice a path leading left off the road, towards the water (i.e. down the cliff). Take that, it's at the bottom.

Is it that hard to find something, that moves at about the same speed as a turtle with his *** hair on fire (roughly 0.009 kmph)

When it's not marked with a pin on the map and the description is "somewhere near Iris Lake" yeah, yeah it can be.
