My german sucks so I will reply in english even though I do understand the request.
I believe LineageII will never come with a german language package. This game was "adapted" for the US first and from the looks of it only for them first.
NA NCsoft just made it available to other countries but in english only.
So just like me (I am a native dutchman) you will have to get your english up to par to fully enjoy the world of LineageII. Or make sure to make friends who have learned both german and english.
Small tip here though:
Write requests in english on these boards as they then can be more easily read by the mods.

Aber auch ohne grosse Englischkenntnisse kannst du deinen Spass an LA2 haben.
Auf Teon und Franz spielen Leute aus allen möglichen Nationen und nicht jeder dort kann englisch. Dort wirst du auch die meisten deutschen Spieler antreffen können, denke ich.

wenn du Fragen hast und Probleme mit dem Englischen. Man ist dort recht hilfsbereit. Und du kannst leicht Anschluss an einen deutschsprachigen Clan dort finden, wenn du möchtest.

Es gibt auch auf Lionna und Devianne recht viele Europaeer, ich glaube auch ein paar Deutsche Clans - bin aber nicht so gut im Kontakt. Schnupper mal durch die Serverforen.

Het is altijd goed om te zien dat dit spel toch een international karakter heeft. Jammer af en toe dat dit niet altijd voor niet-engels sprekende deelnemers tot uiting komt doordat het niet altijd volledig begrijpbaar is.
Gelukkig zijn er lui die zonder morren een helpende hand willen en doen toesteken.

Wir haben früher für C1 mal einen deutschen Client zur Verfügung gestellt, haben dafür aber leider die Genehmigung seitens NCsoft verloren, so das wir einen solchen Patch nicht mehr zur Verfügung stellen dürfen.
Es gibt derzeit definitiv keine legale Möglichkeit, Lineage2 auf deutsch zu spielen und laut Aussagen von inzwischen drei Community Managern ist auch keine Lockerung dieser Regeln geplant.
Ich habe als Administratorin der deutschen Fanseite mehrfach Kontakt mit den L2-Leuten und jedesmal wurde jegliches Fanprojekt, das irgendwie am Client rumwerkelt geblockt. Es ist nicht einmal erlaubt, den Komunikationsstream zwischen Client und Server zu lesen, um Dinge in eine Liste zu schreiben, die sowieso angezeigt werden (wie z.B: die Inhalte des Warehouse).

I explained the lack of a german client and offered the help of the german fansite in all language problems with german vs. english. I also explained that there used to be a german client for C1, which was unable to be continued, as the license to do it was revoked by NCsoft.
