so did warcriers get the 2 handed weapon nerf thing?
if so what would be the best weapon to give a low lvl warcrier that would be assisting in high lvl melee battle?
focus dagger would be my weapon of choice.
I Prefer a blunt with Accumen SA though. U can use the blunt mastery+active skills of WC + c.speed.

Other solution would be a Crystal staff with mana up for dealing some heals.
well the WCer uses a soes with btb most of the time and it doesnt heal (dorfs dont need heals)
im pretty sure they get generic weapon mastery so they dont get any extra benefit from useing a blunt than any other weapon and after useing a blunt for as long as i have im really not sure if that is the best option

its gonna be assisting on mobs over 10 lvls higher so im not sure if a dagger is the way to go either

Soes is a blunt too you know ;) It helps you cause it casts BTB and it has good M.Attack that makes land better your spells plus you can use the Stun skill (although it's landing sucks).

I really don't think your damage output will be considerable on dark Red mobs so try to set him up as a party assistant.

I say +M.attack and MP or Accumen.
Probelm with wc on low lvl is that they don't have enought mp to do a buff round without robes unless they use a weapon with mp sa. Anyways i would suggest bw light and any mage blunt type of weapon. C grade is harder but usually they just go for robes and sit on some cata buffing people for party and xp :).

What nerf are you talking about?

The only weapons that a WC would have penatlies with (to the best of my knowledge) would be Bows (all mystics) and polearms. (Mystic+all non pole-users)

Weilding a 2H sword or duals should still be unrestricted.

For a 'low level' WC in melee combat I would stick with some form of sword. (Duals or 1H/2H) Stick with the melee version of the weapons for the extra patk unless you plan on using/landing your DoT spells. And then I would go with a Homu/SoWD type 'caster sword'.

Blunt use is a waste of your critical buffs and stun in no way makes up for the lack of crits with a blunt.

Once you get Accuracy (Chant of Eagle) up to level 2 (at least) I would also start to consider a Dagger (Focus is preferred.) as long as you aren't fighting evasion mobs or mobs that are well above your level.
I am pretty much in agreement with what PainAmplifier said, not that he needs my support. I have seen AndreasK post about using a weapon with magic power SA that gives a better landing rate for Fear and Madness. So I think that could make a good optional playstyle in A grade. Personally, I will probably stick with a focus dagger as the primary weapon for my WC (in A grade), and maybe get one of those weapons with the magic power SA down the road as a backup for special circumstances (like maybe ToI or someplace like that).

i had no problem doing full buff rounds all the way up to 6x using heavy armor
sure, your mp pool doesnt leave room for a whole lot more after a buff round, but the relative increase in mp from a robe set is minimal at best (you want robes for other attributes, not increased mp)
not he's actually right
i wore robes and you could basically just barely buff all essential buffs and be almost completely oom
once i put the thing in BW it was good to go but when it got chant of revenge it would finish buffing with only 200 mana

atm it finishes a buff macro with 450ish mp which is enough to throw out about 6 chant of lifes per buff round
it has no tats and is always on auto follow

anyway my question is answered and i think i will give the thing a set of kesh*kesh that i have lieing around
thx
"The thing" LOL :)
