There is a quest in the Village of Gludin called Subjugation of Lizardmen. The final part of this quest is to kill the Raid Boss Bifrons (listed in game as Serpent Lord Bifrons or something like that). However, since Interlude, he's not hanging out in the place shown on the map (on the southern coast near the Langk Lizardmen Dwelling). I'm guessing that he was moved to make room for the fortress they put down there.
Does anyone know where he's hanging out these days?
Also, has anyone done this raid? How many people should be on this raid to be successful?
He's right at the south of the wasteland on the coast. Just on the east of the sandy area, just south of where the road from the wasteland hits the main road in an upside-down T-Junction.
Because he's a raid boss people love to kill him. Not sure on the respawn time, but it's a good few hours.
I've not been that level in a long time, but I'm sure you'll need a full party regardless. Few healers, mages and some heavy armor tanks to keep the agression.
Depends on the group. I've heard that with good gear and 78+ buffs you can kill Bifrons with a single toon. I've done it with 6 toons and probably could have done it with less.
