Noob Question concerning wieght capacity

Hi all, Got a noob question here. Are Dwarfs the only class that can increase their weight capacity? I am looking at the weights of plate armor + weapons and there does not seem to be anyway to stay below 50% as an elf. Is that just how it is?

HawkEye's also get a skill that increase weight limit, but not nearly as much as dorfs, tehy get like 4x or something.. HE get like 20-25% I think.

ou can always use +weight limit armor and + CON, but you're already a terrible DD if you're a light elf :p

i hear the HE skill is actually pretty close to the dorf skill

no class really has problems carrying weapons and armor its the addition of SS and arrows that make things hard

the worst case i hear (and im not sure if its true) is summoners can manage only 1 hour of hunting before going to town for supplies
considering i as a dwarf can manage only 3 hours of hunting before having to restock i dont consider that too bad

I played L2 back in open beta and release and could have sworn they gave eleven knights or Temple knights a carrying capacity increase skill.

But, it looks like this dye system has replaced that.

Nah, dorf skill quadruple weight limit at level 3 (learn level 46).. sounds like alot more than I got at level 3 Quiver of holding, level 2 and 3 only added a couple % each. First level added alot though, 15-20% perhaps..

You can easily stay below 50% even as a summoner (which is indeed the most extreme case - mystics have low carry capacities to begin with, add to that -CON tattoos for damage dealing and three to four kinds of shots and you want to party with a dwarf just so they can mule for you), although hunting in C Grade gets rough (heaviest SS of all your levelling time).

Plate armor, a sword, a backup weapon and shots are no problem for either of the elven knights, especially after B Grade.

It's elven elders that get a reduction of weight buff, which is indeed very helpful, as it allows your party to pack up to 60% weight capacity on a hunt.

archer can grind for 2,2 hour something like that especially when the got quiver of holding and majestic and can summon 700 arrows so they dont have 2 drag with 3k arrows ^^ after 66 you get the skills thougd

lv.43 can only grind for about 1,5 hour

Quiver of Arrow level 3 increase weight limit by 1.5x.

Increase Weight limit level 3 for dorfs increase weight limit by 4x.

Anyways, the higher level you get the longer you can hunt, because shots become lighter, arrows are lighter and you use less shots too. I did 21 CON on a BD.. with PP buffs all the SSC he could carry was gone in 30 mins :p

yeah it was those damed arrows and the SSs lol,

got my weight down to 30%ish.
