I think there is such prablem on each server, but as i played only on Devianne i'll speak abut thise server.
First time i've seen bots were before i've seen even one live player. They were dlvling in Orc village on guards. For now they are in such numbers, so when they are come to Village to delvl they are just kills guards, one by one.
I could be wrong, but when few dosens of D-grade equipped dwarves killing mobs without SoulShots day and night, then go to Village and delvling, dwarves who have unspellible names and never replys my PMs, and do thise things more than a month, something says me that they are bots. If you wanna see them - just come and find them in south-east region of Orc lands (seen them last time there).
There are exist more intellectual bots - lie a full party of 4-6 characters, who kills mobs on one location. Thay are don't use SS, often have strange names, moving like banch of robots and kill, kill, kill many hours without rest. There is only one good thing - bots sometimes cant get gold and items from mobs (when they can't pick up it by straight line they leave it, even if they just need to make one step left or right), so you could do thise.
Bots never reply PMs, do nothig when you attack them - just keep killing mobs, every one seen them lots of time. I've send petitions lots of time about them, but they are keep doing they work for next days and weeks, like nothing have happens.
So there is my question - where are GMs, admins or anyone esle who should keep an eye on game-rules following? They need just login in game and see all i've speak about by they own eyes. So where are they?

heres a suggestion; apply to NCSOFT texas HQ. obviously you know more about bots than they do and perhaps you would be a better addition to the team than any joe off the street.

in all seriousness, you may do 3 things to bots; kill them, report them, killsteal them.
what you may NOT do is tell the GM staff what to do, when to do it, and who to do it to. thats just not helpful.
