So I saw some pictures on some other forums showing off the shiny new hats in Interlude. The piratey looking ones caught my eye.
But I haven't seen any in game.
Could it be the non-Korean Interlude doesn't have them, or...? D:

More than likely they are really hard to make.
Knowing this game you probably have to kill several raid bosses, beat Valakas in Black Jack and then level to 80 three times.
