They stack. Destroyers with a 2H Blunt or 2H sword recieve the bonuses for 2H Weapon Mastery AND Sword/Blunt Mastery.
At low levels the stacked Patk increase is barely noticeable. The ACC increase is well worth while from L1 though. At higher levels the Patk stacking adds up a bit, but it's still not nearly as overpowering as Necro's and Archers are. Frenzy/Rage/Zealot and buff stacking can take this to some really nice levels...but you can't use it constantly. (The buff/gear setup to *nearly* do it is not easy to come by nor is it that 'simple' to pull off.)
Mostly, the extra stacking from the two masteries just manages to balance out the Destroyers lower base ACC, attack speed and movement if you get up close. (I think it's a fair trade given their skill set/stats.)

man i hope you arent trying to say destro is balanced compared to dorfs
most dorfs dont use weapons that they have masteries for and it they do its usually a 1-handed blunt like the elsyian, personally i like a doom crusher, **** near 1000 patk with a level 62 warmsith w/56 prophet buffs.
blunts dont crit alot but when blunts do crit, they do alot of damage, with that much patk you'll hit for around 350-450 damage, crits for upto 2k damage, but those are rare
ive already seen a few other dorfs using 2-handed blunts as an alternative, the extra patk is nice.

Not even close.
I think Destroyers aren't too badly balanced versus other classes. But I don't consider dwarves balanced against anything. (They are just too gimp to be balanced at all.)
