you just need to be a higher lvl to get a better craft lvl.
EX. lvl 40 dwarf can craft like lvl 4 or so but not higher yet, and a lvl 55 dwarf can craft 6 or 7 (no idea when they get what but you get the idea :p)

Itemrecipes of Non, D and C grade are 100%.
Itemrecipes of B grade are 60%* or 100%.
Itemrecipes of A and S grade are 60%*.
*Jewelrecipes are 70% instead of 60%.
When a 60% (/70%) craft fails, all items used in the process are lost.
Materials, consumables (shots/arrows) and items of Non, D and C grade just need a recipe registered in the craftbook, but items of B, A and S grade need an additional recipe used as an ingredient in the craft.
