Questions about 55+ BD skilss

Hi, How are ya, How ya doing...

Got some questions for my high level BD brethren...

Currently 54 (and 1%), and was wondering about the following new skillz:
Arrest: Provoke then immobilizes...
-I get the provoke part (i like provoking), but the immobilize part, does this mean a "root" or like "paralyze"
-What is the land rate on this?

Demonic Blade Dance: Reduce p&m-atk of nearby enemies
-Assuming this is an AOE debuff, how well does it land?

Poison Blade Dance: Swords **** and poison nearby enemies
-AOE poison, again how well does it land?

Arrest is root. Lands a fair bit. It just doesn't last as long.

DBD (Demonic Blade Dance) is an aoe debuff. Land rate is adequate. Hard to land in pvp against higher level characters, works nicely when it does land though.

PBD (Poison Blade Dance) Land rate is okay. DBD is better imo.
