Franz Mass Petition Campaign

Our enemies have been mass petitioning for months. They mass petition our parties... our boxed buffers... our noblesses... our heroes... our chat... everything. And this gets our members banned. Wrongfully so. In the instance above... members have been banned for being farmers. For selling adena. Just because of the tag over their heads. Ofcoarse this was BS.... and they have since been unbanned... but still. We are being mass petitioned like crazy.

Now those rejects got 14-day free trial accounts and are using bot programs to spam in every village and some catacombs that that "Clan Heartbreakers are a botter clan. Everyone report them"... while others run around pking people saying "We are heartbreaker bot protectors.

Our enemies are rejects from other servers. They zerg... bandwagon... bot... ebay... camp... everything.... but we simply outskill them. Numbers can only take them so far.. and it has. We embarass them on a daily basis... and this is how they are taking it out on us... but what is the deal? People from our side has already been banned before (and almost all unbanned because of this mess) meanwhile racking up warnings. Are you seriously going to allow these lies... propaganda... whatever this is that they are doing to continue?

Just as a reminder:

Reports do not equal a ban. An account can be reported a million times and if nothing wrong is found in the investigation of the report, it does not even leave a mark on the reported account. It's like that account was never even reported.

The only thing that mass reporting does is waste customer support time.

For an account to be banned... it has to do something wrong. I have read your previous post, and I think it is nice that you stick up for your friends, but honestly an account will only be closed if was intimately involved in doing something wrong.

The GM team is not in the business of closing accounts for no good reason. It is a lot of work to close an account.

If you have a particular issue involving your account I suggest you contact support using the support web page. I will not be able to discuss account belonging to other people here.
