The respected level you get the masteries to wear it at.
40 C, 52 B.
Or look here...

ell actually it follows a pretty simple rule
if you can wear it you can crystalize it
that falls apart at 60 (since A grade is at 61)
but where is get rediculous is S grade which is lvl 70
i figure the geniuses at NC decided since it was too hard to lvl a dorf up to those sort of lvls they should just give it to lower lvl dorfs instead

the reason why dorfs can crystalize S grade @ 70 instead of 76, is because dorfs gain the ability to craft S grade at 70.

That does not really fit either..
Since you can craft low C @36, same with B grade.
/Agree with the poster above yours, think NCSoft just got lazy for dwarves. Which isnt a bad thing, getting to 76 to crush S would severely suck.

s grade mastery was once lvl70 .... ncsoft moved it to lvl76 when they introduced the actual s grade gear (and the whole hero stuff) in C4 ;)

67, not 70 iirc
Yeah - it was either 67 or 68, not sure, but one of those.

it was 67 and its just a case of NC getting lazy with the logic
craft S should be a skill learned at 74 at the earliest
