Baium

I understand that i need to use the vortex to enter into baiums lair.

What if he's not there? Do i still enter or what happens?

Are there any other mobs in there? And if it is, are they agro?

The vortex will not let you in if baium is not there and also if he is awake.
With other words you can only enter, when baium is there and is sleeping.
Mobs ( angels ) spawn only when baium is waken up.

I think you can enter if he's not there. Then you have wasted a bloody fabric. To make sure /target Baium before you port. If you cannot target him, he's not there.

Initially there are no mobs in his chamber. If you awake him he spawns a couple of Angels who start attacking everyone.

You can't enter if he's not spawned. This is why you see everyone who needs him huddled 'round the vortex before he spawns, rather than waiting inside.

Basicly his statue needs to be spawned for you to port in, once someone wakes him you can not port in anymore.

Also, you no longer get insta killed by Baium, so I guess getting blood on the pipette can be done solo (with a bit of luck).

I woke him up a few days ago for a friend and was able to run around with him chasing me for a bit :)

Lvl 66 BD with no buffs but ww, is a two shot tho :(
