i have collected all needed honey jars, and bead.
i cant find that NPC Toma.
i have been in all spots where he can be and he isnt there? ??
is he moving ?
Try to shout for is location, if no answers get soe's port to Coal Mines if is there you must go deep in the Mine if he doesnt there run to North Coast and finally to Mithril Mines, he move every 30 minutes so you have time to find him, the Mithril location is the oposite way ot the TP so u should get haste pot or newbie ww and run there from North Coast.
The worst thing u can get is if he spawn after u check one location.
ok well he is in 1 of 3 locations
and he is rumored to teleport about every 30 mins, but not confirmed
anyway, you cannot sit and wait for him, i tried and i sat on that **** island for over 3 hours and he never appeared
he is very easy to find, just bring some haste pots, and run around
i find that if you SOE and teleport to a spot closer to one of the other points, you will never find him ...i think thats just me being paranoid tho
also, if you see bots in a location where he is supposed to be, and he is not there, i would say its a good chance hes not gonna show up until the bots leave, i dont think he teleports in someplace with people there

the coal mine one is IN the mines, you pretty much just run through he mines until you come to a big room with a stone spiral staircase, he'll be on the ground floor with all the mobs.
