I want to start new class, cause necro is boring for me and im kind mad that i played with him..
i want to be very high damage dealer.
I will be human fighter --> rogue !
And than I dont know what would be the better...
I think less expensive is play daggerist till 40 ! Is it ?
But playing daggerist till 40 isnt harder than with bowman ?
Im here for some time and i will be here in l2 for long time, faster or less faster exping doesnt care me. I want to be pwner in PvP's and in PvE's.. With interlude changes, which woud win 1x1 he or th ? With which is better on PvE ? With which type dagger-bow is more interesting playing ? ure apinions..
The hype seems to be saying that a dagger is harder to play than an archer, probably true, not so many skills to pull off as an archer, just aim shoot stun kite. Daggers have to get up close to do their damage, also makes it a bit harder.
Both rule, but TH sounds like the class for you. Why not consider AW too then? PW ain't bad either, some say best end-game dagger level 78+
ure right :) !
i watched AW skills and i like them more than TH or HE..
but can someone tell the daggerists speeds, attack speed and some other stats..
No dagger till 40 (if you can handle buy the top d grade) is the faster way to go. Till 40 bows are too damm slow and you miss too much. I did both ways and dagger is undubitaly better.
I think pr is better than HE, but i can't say that is really true at end game when both are fully buffed.
On daggers i would say go for TH the miss of fake death on AW just make it boring. And you will be as deadly as th as you are with aw, if you can approach your targets...
AW are bad *** daggers little less hp but do alot of damge, faster, crit less but harder.
when u get to lvl 66 u get a attck called blinding blow that TH dont get only AW PW get it.
what it does is it makes ur target go into shock and turn around just like bluff but does damge too.
TH dont get that they only get bluff and have to wait till lvl 78 or was it 77 but i would say so TH they crit alot and harder then a AW when tattos are added
i got a TH and im killing thought things with 2X hp and more EV i rocking it i lvl about 3 times a day but it same to be slowing down like it always does toward 61 @_@
but if u really want a human damge dealer u should have stayed with ur necro cuz my TH can kill necros but only if i get my back stabs and deadly blow on them everytime otherwase im died fast and when archor time game over @_@
TH has the fastest attack speed, their crit rate is just under that of a PW, and they have the highest level of critical power like AW's
TH's also have more stats to mess around with, the common setup w/tattoos on any dagger is +5 str +4 dex -9con
TH --> 40 Str 30 Dex 43 Con >> After Tats 45 Str 34 Dex 34 con
TH's have the highest attack speed, thanks to their boost attack speed passive skills, they have nearly the same critical rate as a PW, with critical chance 3 (giving them 191 critical rate, compared to 199 on a PW), they also get critical power 6, and between boost attack speed/critical chance/critical power they can do a constant amount of damage with melee, with out having to use their stabs or mp, while an AW falls just behind TH in damage due to their lack of critical rate and attack speed, and the fact that when they are out of mp they cant cast hex, while a TH can just swing happily away
also TH's get dash, and with it they can catch anyone (ive had upto 295 run speed on my TH)
AW --> 41 Str 34 Dex 32 Con >>After Tats 46 Str 38 Dex 23 con
AW can have more strength then a TH, however they pay for it, in HP/CP loss, and get stunned alot more, even with they're base con of 32 they get stunned alot, and alot of light armor sets -con even more, the things that really make a difference in damage with an AW compared to a TH is the 1 extra Str, and Hex
PW --> 38 Str 35 Dex 38 Con >>After Tats 43 Str 39 dex 29 con
PW can have pretty decent patk with this setup, however they lack critical power passive skills, so they do less damage when they critical
the thing that really make PW & AW good in end game i.e. the Olympiad is their self buffs, and 2 minute MM buff, (with TH the way im making up for this is my Stiletto w/MM)
@ bunnyfufu69 ---> blinding blow doesn't send your target into shock, it only turns them around.
thx for good explanation !
As I said I want PvP PvE char,
who woud win HE or TH in PvP ( fear - duel ) and PvE who has more privileges ?
dont say TH, HE will win only because u play it, tell the thruth
1x1 depends on stun lands or not, and on the initial range of the fight.
If the th is too close i doubt the he can survive, but if it's not close you can try lite and stun him.
In pve archers>all. High lvl archer partys are unbeatable, but you need to be fully buffed, what means at least 3 buffers on your party.
lol HE doh you dont got that much hp cp if HE crits and or stuns or dubble shot crits then you can kiss your *** goodby^^ i did a dubble shot on an ally of mine took70% of his HP i was lv.45 emi+3 CS
and he had kris zubei lv.54 but dont get me wrong you can deff win
thx for good explanation !

1v1 TH owns a HE. HEs are extremely dependant on support classes. In larger scale pvp, the HE will own (if they have the support classes).

lol both got a chance 2 win TH has low hp/cp (he does 2 thougd) basicly means that dubble shot takes 80% of its cp and if you crit dubble shot then 100%cp and 30% so basicly if you stun your dead no way out and th with -con tats stun easly
but HE drop with a few stabs and if you run away from he aka you show your back expect a back stab so thats dangerous
and i dont say he wins cause i play it HE atm is a very balanced class and wins from ALOT of other classes
and if you think you can say that in 1v1 th always wins from a HE thats dead wrong play about 40 pvp (not dual crap 2 min althougd it are short pvp you kill fast or die fast)
remember you got the class and then YOU need 2 play it right
being HE or TH isnt a free ticket 2 win
if you want a pvp pve char and want 2 kill alot then go HE they kill easier and faster then TH in pve
range>melee basicly in l2 althougd it isnt a free ticket 2 win a pve pvp situation but that goes for everything now does it
It's not a HE's goal to kill off the daggers anyway, but in case of 1 vs 1, I don't think about running away when I see a dagger coming from me, can't outrun, so best to stand and aim.
well ive seen so many "trying"(forgot trying lol)2 out run them ^^ and most of the time i shoot run back few meter (cause then i am reloading) shoot again like that just 2 make that lil extra distance ^^ i know its not much and i dont really do it against dagger cause of the backstab
and the 94% is just figure of speech^^ basicly saying your done for BUT not totally if he makes a mistake something like that
LoL @ the TH that let's him/herself being outrunned by a HE. Ofcourse if you can stun the TH, then run away a bit, that helps, but starting from 200 range TH should always be able to keep up with the HE.
Giving your back to a dagger is like giving them a free happy meal with the toy they've always wanted.
A TH built for PvP won't have -CON by the way - a HE will. :p
QFT
Better off tanking them face to face, ESPECIALLY against 78 daggers, more often than not they rely on bluff and getting behind you so their Focus Death/Power skill is in effect. Thing is, it's alot weaker from the front. A dagger can also cancel your double shots and stun shots, well any skill you fling at them really. Not sure how often it lands now in Interlude though.
Daggers for PvP go -STR/+DEX/+CON: Their damage grossly depends on the power of their stabs, not so much on their patk. HEs go -CON/+STR. I'm not sure about the other archers.
Doubleshot is still relatively slow, but I don't know many daggers who actively interrupt - they do have the option though, using trick or switch, to disrupt any action you are performing.

aah ok y most of there dmg is done by skills

i did know this had an uber long thread asking alot of mulch ^^

switch is a pain ^^
QFT means Quoted for Truth by the way. ;)
and that means he agrees with you ? cause thats true ? (i lmao if i get this 1 wrong 2 :P)
QFT is like quoting for emphasis, because it's true or someone agree with the post.
Switch adn trick can even stop you running :p It's a real pain, but supposedly Mental Aegis can resist it now, in C5 it landed waaaaay too much, could cancel all my skills. Archer skills are just too slow, even with full buffs..

I like both classes, both are strong in pvp and should be able to be able beat any class in the game. Dagger is much more gear dependant (need at least a bow and a dagger or even 2 daggers) though and costs lots of adena and efforts to level.
Basically the main issue with TH is you need lot of supports for ownage pve, and with HE is you need lots of supports for ownage pvp.

Yes tricks are'nt landing that much now :( Freakin NC pulled out the biggest nerf on daggers this chronicle~ no soulshots boost for daggers, crit damage nerf, tricks nerf...
