Churn rate

Any game will have player churn it's something to expect...But i worry about company churn rate. We have gone through 4 CM's and 2 AP's so far in these three years.

Am i worried about nothing and when should we worry?
I'm not saying this is correct but personally I would just put it down to the nature of the industry. Similar to the fact I work in advertising and employees come and go all the time, it goes with the trade.

I think I'd be a bit more concerned if it was hi end management.
I'd be pleased if it was developers who are in response of balance... and EVENTS!
They quit, too. Something like 90 artists, coders and devs walked out on NCSoft following that Project Manager's dismissal.

I wonder how long it took for those guys to be replaced.
Dunno, but even if it was within a week, it would still take time for a new team to get into the groove and familiar with the tools, projects and procedures.

You mean L3 or did I miss something big a while back? :P

And they obviously didnt get rid of the right ppl.
The article I read didn't specify if those who also left were dedicated to the L3 project, or just a lot of disgruntled employees from across the corporation. It could be either, or a mix of the two.
those developers, etc left when L3 was put on hold / canceled. The lead developer was let go and the rest followed him. (I was not there, just the news reports on the other boards).

NcSoft has lost many people in the years I have been around. More come in. I don't think we have much to worry about since the core of the game is in Korea. When you start seeing NcSoft Korea hemoraging, then I would start to worry.
