Noob Sword quest on TI

I was on a noob and started the Sword of Solidarity quest.
It failed at Altran with a blank page. It's suffering from Interlude sickness.
I made a petition and got a reply saying an email had been sent.
I had a second email tonight explaining I had a flag set passed this Altran stage. This enabled me to go on and complete the quest.
So GMs are there and working well. Response to my ticket in 15 mins and solution to my problem in 24 hours :)

As this is a known issue i'm surprised they didn't hit you back straight away with an automated response like usual

This is a big issue, all the Gms should know about it. I don't think people would even do this quest but at some point when you new a quest screen pops up suggesting you do this quest, hence all the people doing the quest ;)
