Plz help me psychologicaly....

OK hi to all and lets get to the point :P
I was playing L2 since it was like....C1 but in private servers. In C3 i came at official to play seriously. 5 months ago I stopped it and went WoW, i got bored there and wanted some pure-vibrationing pvp so i came back yesterday and i was 46lvl with my AW and i said: "perfect. lets land some blows to the mobs and get xp fast with fun" I went aligator island, there i found a guy who had 2 buffers(SE and Prophet O.o) and the xp started....even with these buffs in 20min i was taking 10% (for my lvl its ok ofc) but I got REALY bored of hit hit hit hit hit killed, next mob hit hit hit hit killed e.t.c. for about 5 and a half hours, till i reached 47. The same will be for 48, 49 e.t.c. I cant be pacient any more!!!! It was 4:00PM and i was going to sleep on my keyboard!!! In the old days every1 was goin RBGs, Cata parties and many other party-xp-funny things and now pure solo-sleeping xp....
I dont ask u all to come to my server and make chars or sth, i just want u to tell me an awesome place for xp(lvls 47-52)and any reason that will enspire me to play awake.

Doesnt get much better than Allegator Island at your level. If you are having trouble now, I wouldnt suggest continuing on. L2 xping is grinding.

try garden of eva first floor, if you can handle it easily, try 2nd floor (when i say floor, i mean going down).

RBG groups aren't as popular as they once were. I seem to remember there being a nerf of some kind being done, but I cant recall at the moment what it was... perhaps its simply the population drop...

that's nto true at all. Single groups still do great on RB's.

Find a BD and a SE and do Rift.

For solo, kill the golems at pavel ruins (and dont forget the quest from the portpoint, 500 golemshards = 1 random low B 60% weapon recipe).

They made it so just one group couldn't take the RB's any more, that's what killed it. (in most cases)

the Full item drop nerf, which I think was the biggest RB killer imo.

At lvl 40+ you get like .5% from a RB instead of 15-25% like C4. This completely killed the game for me as raiding was my favorite part.

hmm, maybe you have more luck with it than I do. Last thing I remember, I made an alt raider, got it to 24, started shouting for Raid pick up group. About 2 hours later, the group was nearly full (hey, we needed 2 parties). Then it took about another [censored] hour or so for everyone to 'get' to the Raid Boss. Then after we killed it. We decided to try another. Well, after everyone ran around for another hour looking for nearby raid bosses that were UP, we gave up as all the RB's were down. So yeah, I got like 50% xp and went to lvl 25, but hell if I grinded out myself (ie: solo), i'd have been much higher in level and w/o a migrane.

I only do Raid bosses now on my main cause well, the Alliance requires participation, other than that I don't give a hoot about any RB's myself.

If you said you can do 15-30 raid bosses I find that hard as hell to believe, especially 15-30 bosses in a few hours......

Welcome to Lionna man, all my replays are C5 but feel free to check the hero monument in lionna, i'm not as active with it as i used to be since PS isn't necessary for it but it's not that hard if you know how to do it.

RBs are not so nice for XP anymore, they are more like a nice socialization/ ally participation activity. If you want to grind 47-58 try forest of evil till you are 53 and then just go to the outlaw forest nearby to continue. Lots of mats drops and adenas there. Other ppl seem to like to go to Frozen Labyrinth when they hit 53-54 and stay there for 10 levels :)
After you hit 57-58 forsaken plains is a MUST for xp/adena drops till you hit 63-64.

Imo it aint just low B-grade, since Damascus doesnt really fit into that profile.

Have you heared of someone gettin a dama 60% or did you get one yourself? All ppl I asked about it told me they got a low B recipe (12 (3 myself) proven low B 60% recipes, 0 top B).

Seriously, I have yet to find a better xp spot than AI at that lvl. If you can do AI then you should do AI. If thats too slow then GL later on.

I need to know the rest of your gear. At that level with SE and PP buffs, OE Dark Screamer/Focus and PL set, I was getting just over 24% a buff round on AI -- and that was on the PR (infer: "less than maximum dagger masteries").

But you're right, there are other places to grind that will seem less of a chore.

If he has SE and/or PP buffs, he can set his dagger aside and go get a Focus sword or Focus/Haste duals and level just as quickly at C grade. There is more flexibility at that level than at higher levels, in terms of weapon and masteries, and buffs will often enable you in ways that masteries alone will not.

Speaking from experience here...all of my non-mage toons were leveled either with a focus dagger (if they had any dagger masteries at all) or duals at C grade. He won't miss a beat.

Not because of the weakpoint, but the nice overhit hammercrush has. And i have the feeling that since they increased the power of it, it gets me even more exp. My hammecrush does now 3-4 times the damage a normal hit does (like a crit).

A dagger could also use a bow, they are not archer resistant. At last a dagger got some bow mastery ^.^

Very true, although he'd probably wind up also using soulshots, which is expensive on a C grade bow.
