What is recommended weapon for WC (A-grade)

I plan to continue to solo at 61+....
Does our stun land often I have never really used it
(thinking PvP)....

You don't provide much information on your planned setup (armor, dyes) and your financial capabilities. In general, if you plan to solo, heavy armor is the best option and a high damage output weapon (dagger, duals, 2-handed). Stun has some chances of landing, but it can be launched by a secondary wepon (switch from main to blunt, stun, switch back to main).

FDS/acu is an awesome choice for PvP. For PvE if I had to do it all over again, I'd get myself some +7 or more tsu*sls earlier. You could cut your SS costs in half and on the long run that will make a huge difference.

for DDing, I would use a BO/focus.
on bartz *** is almost as cheap as BSS nowdays >.<
