First of all, I avidly protest against the fact that the title bar of this post cut off my "r". *shakes fist* XD
Anywhos...
I'm reaching the point as to where I change my class for the first time (yay for level 20-ness! *screams*). ... >.>
When it comes to any game, whatsoever, I am drawn towards the assassin area of the game. Whether it be FPSs, MMOs, RPGs, etc., etc., I'm all for the silent, one-hit/shot-one kill type of gaming. Though, I am madly in love with dual wielding.
*ish Dark Elf* From what I can tell, the Blade Dancer class is the buffer of the game, but I have also been told that they can do major amounts of damage... and they are the only Dark Elf class (except for the one on the final tier) that can dual wield.
Then we have the assassin class. I love it... assassins are amazing. Though, I do enjoy swords over daggers, but if I could dual wield daggers, I'd be cool wit dat... yo... g....
So, basically, if any one would be so kind as to lay down what the major differences are, which one, from what you can tell, would be more enjoyable for me, and what they entail, I would greatly pet your hampster, free of charge. ...?
Bd is a support character that has 2 minutes buffs(called dances )
Assasin and later Abyss Walker is a dagger class that deals massive amounts of damage, when properly used.
But do a search :P. Boring siege tbh
BD has good dmg only on crts. their normal hit dmg sucks. Redancing every 2 minutes is a daunting task that gets annoying over time. the best duals for a BD in PvE is Tsurugi*Tsuguri, or Storm*Nightmare.
AW does some amazing dmg at high lvls.
but they run slow, and don't have a dash. but dmg is awesome.
They get bluff and blinding blow. blinding blow is your best chance to catch up to someone in the right open pvp instance.
you can play AW in three ways, with a focus dagger or with a crt dmg dagger. Specials tend to go off more with higher focus.
When I played my Subclass I had Haste SA. with baium ring and Drac light I was able to break 1k atk speed with full buffs.
