Heavy for a dagger???

OK i've been playing L2 for 3 years but i wanna ask some ppl opinion about wearing heavy on a dagger class.
The reasons are:
1.Melee(the have to go close to the enemy so this is bad cuz they take much dmg)
2.On very high lvls(70+)everyone plays with skills so evasion is useless......

imo, with the latest changes on shield's magic block, it wouldnt be wrong to wear a heavy armor AND a shield.
a few p.def and evasion less but more protection against archers/mages.

But for daggers ... well, why not? As long as you can still DD it can be useful. But Plated Leather >> heavy for C grade PVE.

yeah tallum gives 8% and DC 4% :P
the fact is, that at high lvls every1 atks with skills so evasion is kinda useless....except destroyers(all destro can beat daggers even if ur blows are all lethal :P), TKs, SwS(elves have high dex so high accuracy....), DA,pala(cheaters.....the stun has 100% success so whatever u do ull die).....Finaly heavy rox lol

lol it seems like, no1 is writing cuz every1 is absolute in which armor should daggers have......light.
But i ask u, high lvl daggers(66++) to explain why should we have to wear light instand of heavy. I work fine with heavy but i havent reached 66+ yet so i want to hear some advises/opinions.
So come on broz ^^ tell us ur point of vew....

I wore heavy armour for my dagger all the way up to a grade. and it was great =D
