Clan Oath Armor....Crushable?

Like the subject says...is the "Clan Oath" armor & pieces crushable? And if so, how many crystals did each piece result in?

...And if anyone knows for the Apella armor, information on crushing/crystals for that is welcome as well!

(Not that I think crushing them is 'worth it', but I would like to know the information for my personal data.)

Yes, Clan Oath is crushable and each returns about the same amount of crystals that was used to make them.
To crush Clan Oath Heavy you'd get 922 crystals, etc.

So given the 922 cry for heavy and 771 for light/robe, (full sets) would it be reasonable to assume the following crystal breakdown?

For the Apella, I'm reasonably certain of what the crystal amounts will be if crystalized...as well as the helm/boot/glove of the Clan Oath, It's the Full Body main armor crystal amounts that aren't cooperating...

I'd imagine if you crushed apella your clan would slay you in cold blood though XD
