So, I bought the package (when I decided to return to LII for a bit) and registered it. I went to the web site and assigned the 'gift' (white mask) to my main. It said I would have to wait for the next maintenance to occur then the mask would show up.

I'm in no hurry and so I waited. Then I noticed last night as I logged in that there was a patch. I figured, ok, this was maintenance. But when I got logged in, no mask.

So, what constitutes maintenance?

Yes, wasn't there either. I'll check again when I get home today.

IIRC it says that it will be given to you within 10 days or so -after a maintenance ofc.

My petition worked and they gave me my mask^^

How does it work, if I give my mask to a character, can I trade it to any other char? or will it forever be stuck on my char at that account?

I got 1 client reg with the epic collection i sent a petion 3 weeks ago and still no mask. Looks like I its time to send a few more petitions.

It's non-transferable. Unless they changed it? In C5, you couldn't even freight it.
