If you don't go too specific on which kind of petition you wanna submit, you don't get that 811 error. You have to go in greater details since GMs don't know the subject of your report, but I've had a few strategic bot trains banned in the last few weeks.

its simply an interlude bug, like alot others ...
sometimes it works , most times not.
and btw.. petitions dont do anything on gustin last years nor on franz .. tons of obvious day1 eulaviolators like noblesse/heros/farmers/whatever still here only high in lvls now..
may its time for something else than the non working petition system ? what do u think, how much adenas can i farm till i "may" get banned if i wanted ?

im sure it scares every new player away when he enter game and see how it really goes.
do weekly mass bans till the noobs learn to use a "real client" or go play wow ...
If you give a repeating pattern or something, they usually get banned pretty quickly. If the bots are set correctly and it takes a long time watching them to really prove they're bots, GMs usually give up unless a LOT of people send in petitions.
But if you see something like a dead dd who gets a rez from his bishop every 5 secs but doesn't accept them, that's an easy-to-prove bot case and I'd expect the guy to be out within a few mins of a GM reading your petition.
