Can any one tell me a good place that I can use this skill at level 74? I tried in the trenches near Blazing Swamp but even with SE buffs and my HP at close to 200 I still couldnt one hit them. The last decent place I was able to use this skill effectively was inside the cemetary at lvl 52 ++
I would love to keep playing my SH but at the moment its just so boring, I think CDL could make it more fun ^.^
So if anyone has some good hunting places to share, it would be much appreciated, I really would like to get 75 and work on my sub class quest.
Hot Springs is awesome for CDL. However, keep in mind that it is also a favorite spot to PvP so be careful. On Kain there are hordes of archers running through Hot Springs looking for war tags. They seem to enjoy stun shotting CDLing nukers as they make their rounds.
Yup Hot Springs is the place to go, no aggros only social to eachother... but pls leave mobs for the people who actually have to hit them like 20 times :)

If so, where do you CDL? I'm only 62 ATM - but I've been looking for places where I can CDL for good XP. I can 2 shot mobs in FoD for more XP than VoS (there are some nice empty areas there, too) but alot of them cast Bleed 7 and some of them cast Poison 7.
I've had instances where Purify would not remove the Bleed/Poison, even though my SE's skill description says effect 7 or less. Baseline, the mobs were giving 9.8k+ XP and some of them 12k+.
Just don't wanna XP in a place with so many caster mobs. Poison is non-factor cause I haev many greater antidotes, but Bleed just hurts too much :)
Level 56 Purify says it will cure Bleeding Paralysis or Poison level 7 and below. The effects that they cast on you is level 7.
No use CDLing with 200 HP when you still have to tow shot them - mind as well play it safe at 700 IMHO.
I think I will retire the spell and stick to DS from now on until 7x. I've already made enough to make sure I'll never go broke and I chat too much while grinding anyways :P Since I'm out of my A Grade equipping rutt :)
P.S. It seems it wasn't curing becasue I wasn't using BSpS on the SE to cast it (didn't have them activated because I buff and then forget - it works now).
It shouldn't make a difference, with blessed on not. I have never ever failed a purify (except for when the paralyze/poison/bleed had been higher level than I could cure) and I don't use shots with it unless I need to cure fast.
But there are bleed effects that can't be cured; flame, which I know you can get from the lava in BS and in VoS. The icon looks like the shaman DoT.
Hrm. The Icon is the Black and Red bleed Icon. The Effect says Bleed Lv 7.
I was quite boggled as to why it wasn't curing, then it happened again with Poison Lv 7.
I may go back there and test it out again since I've made an entire bar of macros for my SE to target me and cast whatever spell I had in that slot (F12 target self and battle heal :) ).
if u have empower, and an a grade weapon and at least acumen 2, best place to cdl at 74 would definately be shrine of the loyal, one of the ants is agro, but other then that nothing is comunal.
With BTB and emp3 i can 2 hit them at level 70.
Yeah, but all possible places are usually busy there, hard to find free spot, unless you come after some gank or pvp party cleared the place. (at least on Gustin)
