We don't have such services because they'd have to hire people to do those changes, and that seems to be against NC NA's policy. I think the idea is we're supposed to be glad they hired translators and somebody to reboot the servers every tuesday. After all, they're doing us a favor by letting us play, so we shouldn't be allowed to ask for fair treatment.

The developers did a survey here and there were a few discussions. That's pretty much where it ended.
They don't give answers. Well, they do but this is an example of their type of answer:
"We have looked at the situation as well as presented it to the forum for their opinions. Your comments and suggestions are an important part of the L2 community and we will use them for future consideration on this topic.
That kind of response is the community manager's job and since we don't have such a community manager anymore, we won't even get the canned meaningless response.
