From the looks of it hes not talking about himself, but someone else asked him to shout it.

I blocked the name because i think we cannot post names of actual players here, moreover if they're breaking the EULA.
But yes you're right, he's shouting about someone else, that's why i left only the first letters.

That's the thing, he could say (and there is no way to prove otherwise) that he was joking.

Either it's a joke (heroes have weird humour on Teon sometimes), or it is illegal. You /petition if you think it is the right thing to do, and I'm not sure there is something to discuss here.

Well, I would say that "many a jest was said in truth".

NC would say "there is nothing we can do as who knows if this person was joking or not.

I just can't imagine someone buying a character. Too much disposable income... they best do something constructive with it and give it to me. :p

NCSoft are usually quick on the 3-day temp bans for bad language, especially on heroes, so I'd give it a shot. It'll let F* know it's not ok and if he does something silly like that he gets a perm ban later.

NC is super strict on hero shout actually. On Lionna you have to be super careful to never say anythiing offensive or it's a 3 day ban almost guaranteed.

Yes that would be worthy of at least a 3 break from the game if not a out right perm vacation.

Send in a support ticket with the characters name and the general time it happened.
