But the fact that the same people can easily reopen a new trial account does nothing about the real problem which is thier ability to access the services in the first place. Ip bans are a necessary evil, but in this case, it'll be more good then evil. I dont think the Koreans mind one bit that the rest of the world is banned from thier game play experience. Whats the problem with losing a few hundred professional farmers from the game for good?
Reread my first post. Domain ip bans would ban an entire ip range or ranges. Yes, using a proxy server, one could get around the ban, but just how many proxies are out there that would be able to handle the bandwidth needed by a couple hundred (if not thousands) of gaming accounts?
And any one smart enough to implement domains bans, sould be smart enough to ban all known bad proxies in the first place. Plenty of sites out there that gather ip information for bad sites, including open proxies, and are continually updated on a daily basis. If a new proxy were to connect, a simple one ip ban would disconnect everyone using that proxy from the servers for good.
But I'm just rambling cause yet again the player base seems to be ignored while the problem we souldnt even be talking about continues on unhindered.

Still I do not like how farmers became more and more arrogant ... ingame and now here :( Something needs to be done, it grew rampant ... questio is: what? Mods cannot check for every sent PM here, and GMs can't check evry PM or shout personally :(
No, I haven't played WoW and don't know what's going on there. L2 has been my only online game, with the exception of ArchLord, when I played in close Beta. But even if I had played WoW, I would still be surprised to find those guys inside the game. I mean, what the game companies do about that? ...Yeah, it's a rhetorical question. :P
