was looking at the blurb in log on screen about the new quest- window to the future. supposed to run to rune and talk with the priest dominic in the temple. BIG thing is--when i look for dom (even using the /target) i get a location for dom.. BUT dom toon is NOT where he is supposed to be . so i can not start the quest. it is stated that ANY LEVEL may start the quest, and that it is a one time quest. i realise that this toon being only 24 may have some difficulties at first, BUT, i think that maybe i should be able to at least SEE the NPC, shouldn't i?
if someone could maybe shed a little bit more light on this new subject? i would really appreciate it.. and if certain level characters are NOT supposed to start the quest, then, the starting text to be changed to reflect the limitations of the quest.
You have to go inside the castle, and you'll be able to find him. (You can use the teleport gatekeeper once your inside the castle to go up or down a floor instead of running around the outside to go up or down)
It really is level 1 quest any any level may do it.
Have you been to Rune before? you do realize it's a big place? The temple is at the very top of the town. The very top level. You can get there by either walking up one of the side passages, or by using the Gatekeeper that you see when immediately walking into the lower chambers of Rune.
Rune is so large that one end of the city will be well out of target range of the other. Keep that in mind.
Dominic is the left Priest when you get into the real Temple.
You may have seen the Priests in the lower chambers (the Library/Mystic Guild) but that is NOT the Temple.
