it is true, you can buy items and you can buy adena and accounts.

it is also true that doing this is illegal. it is also true that you may be scammed out of Real money attempting to do this.

S/He asked normal question, probably did not read complete EULA and TOS and whatever JFHUEFUWEF acronyms for such documents - who does it read completely anyway? :p And keep in mind there are games and companies that offer such service, Sony Station is a big example. His (or her?) question is not something bad, if s/he is satisfied with answer "it's against rules" and keeps to that.
