So, how do we get a Blood Mark again ?
(yes, that may give you some clue to what the Shillien Empire will maybe become :p)

Drop from the Blood Queen (lvl60) at Dragon Valley (outside Antharas Cave) or Forbidden Gateway

Or you can find multiple ones just laying on the ground as even bots don't take it up anymore. Just GK to Antharas Lair, run around a bit, pick one up, soe, bam lvl 3

you can find the in the cemetery area too the mark drop so much now that you may find them in just a kill.
