Depends on the grade.

I think you can buy NG / D / C / B grade in stores, and A grade must be crafted using a common craft recipe (talk to the clan hall owners).

Alternately, you can get a recipe for any elixir from C - S grade from the clan halls and craft it (and not worry about which store to buy them in).

Nope you can only buy NG and D Grade Elixers of Mental Strength in the Stores, and NG/D Grade and C Grade Life Elixers in the stores.

You can buy all the way upto S Grade CP Elxiers though.

You have to find someone with that grade of Elixer in their CH. I think Gludio & Dion have C Grade, Giran & Schuttargard have B Grade, Rune and Aden have A Grade, and Goddard have S Grade. But im not sure.

Yes actually I don't think ng mp elixers exist. I know Dg ones do and the are only sold in some towns. I believe I saw them in dion, gludio, and oren so far.

Also for the Sg recipes I believe those are only sold from capture able clan halls, such as partisans hideaway.

NG exists, I've seen and used them (starter towns only though).

B Grade mental strength is a pain in the bum to get a hold of... I wish I knew which halls produced it at least. >_<

Ive been trying to compile this info Maline - but quite a few clan hall owners on my server aren't much into sharing.

Keep in mind that it only gives you "so much" mana and has a reuse timer so you can't fill up.

So not like Health potions.
