here it's ok, maybe she subclassed and delevelled to lvl 20+ (omg lol)
then I noticed another little thing
this char used drain..!
well, I report this one cuz she has skills that she couldn't have (dwarfs don't have such drain skills, and DE fighters don't have spoil :s ), hoping to see no more this lamer again :s

Or NC need to reach out to more and keep everyone informed. Not everyone knows everything about Lineage II. I've been playing for years and I still don't know everything. Or at least I don't claim to know everything like some people on these forums.
In short, you should have tried talking to that person (at least a 'hello') before you assume anything as a new player to the game. (Looking at your post count...)

Well, it's not like Manoring is some high lvl thing, or something that only the most HC players could find out about. There's those **** manor managers all over the place. Maybe, just maybe if ppl could talk to them they would know something. Or ask what the other one is doing instead of assuming straight that it is bug abuse.
Would you petition a High lvl toon using a skill that you have never seen for bug abuse? Or even lower lvl toon that you're not familiar with?
Btw, how do you reach out to players who dont understand english, and even if they do, they clearly fail at reading comprehension 9 times out of 10?
We haven't seen a flood of OMG! HAXX! threads since Manoring came out... we simply have one clueless noob (no offense) mis-reporting something s/he saw that looked out-of-whack.
Kudos to them for at least reporting what looked like illegal activity (to them) rather than just rolling by it.
