Does Prophecy of Wind Stack With Acumen and EMP???

Wondering if this buff is worth levelling my lvl 60 se to 70+, how much more matk then emp 3 does it give? Does it stack with acumen and emp?

Also duration time and recast time, is it like cov 5min duration and 20min recast speed?

Wind isnt the nuker buff, Water is which is the EE lv78 buff.

So no, its not worth leveling your SE to 78 to buff your nuker.

getting a char to 78 isnt a 5 minute job .. the prophecies last 5 minutes and have a smaller reuse time than the CoV ( think its about 30 secs - 1minute) so you cant spam it but its enough to buff quite a few ppl

the EE is the one with the prophecy for nukers, prophecy of water gives + mdef + cast + matk, the one that the SE gets is mainly used for daggers, it gives + atk speed, etc

whats the matk bonus btw? i cant seem to find any stats for this buff? is it significantly higher then emp3 and zerk3?

CoV reuse is under 5mins with buffs btw. Pof/wa/Wi can be under 30secs.

going 75-78 alone takes more time than 1-75 for example

It's "more" than a Prophecy. It replaces any existing prophecy buff, and you cannot overbuff it with any of the other prophecy buffs.
