I received a PM with title "A lot cheap adena for sales" on 5/20/07. Why hasn't someone deleted all PMes sent from that account? I think this should be taken more seriously.
Well spam is being deleted in most email accounts even though it is far less serious. If someone sends massive pmes on official forums they should have deleted each and every pm, don't you think?

if NC was the Gestapo, yes.
since they are not, it is up to you what you do with your inbox. delete, or cry. either way its none of NC's business who sends what to whom and how many times.
ive got multiple users accuse me of hacking back an account they think i sold (which i neither sold nor hacked back what i did not sell).
ive reported those users for account theft, and nobody has asked for anything further and the conversations have continued by email.
No, I honestly don't. I can and have banned people on my own site for being pains in the butt/spammers, but although I have the capability of deleting other users message it's not only time consuming (sql database) but invasive, IMO.
And afaik when email spam is being deleted, it's either getting wiped as it hits the email server before it even gets to you, or gets whisked out as it's incoming by a junk or other block rule. Once it's in inbox I think it's the users place to handle (aka delete, block)
That's just "IMO" though, dunno if you'll get an official answer.
