I've been look for ncsoft/city of hero/city of villians timecards for 2 months so i can add more time but i can't find any instore and the employee/managers have no clue when their gonna restock. My account is gonna expire this friday and i'm wondering if ncsoft even supports this game anymore...
PS: I can't buy any timecards online via credit card.. only by paypal but no retail website sells them via paypal and i don't want to risk "ebaying" it. :(
i live in the U.S. more specificaly in california. I have friez, compusa, gamestop, bestbuys, wal mart, and circuit city around me and they never have any of the timecards EXCEPT wow. :/
i guess i can pay monthly through my debit card... but i feel more at ease with timecards

There's always PSC (http://www.paysafecard.com) if you are in Europe. I used it for my account and am quite happy. :) Of course it is not available in all European countries, but there are quite many. ^^ Check the website for local vendors.

I just dont like it when i try and hlep someone and people take a instantly negative view, the site gives the best service ive had from any site so ima recommend them.

I'm just saying chances are your post is going to get axed from one of the mods. And your account may get looked at from all those influx of sellers we have had lately.

Your lucky, one of my friends was banned because his wife cancelled the credit card and when ncsoft went to auto renew they got expired credit card and his account was banned for that.... Go figure? /scratches head.

You don't get banned for an expired credit card, or for a card without funds.
The card cancelled because of theft could be another story. Luckily, I have no experience with that.
Still I was forced to use a time card when NCsoft for some unknown reason rejected my Visa with "fraud suspicion" status (the account wasn't banned either).

Both of these statements are untrue. Your account is NOT banned if you turn off automatic billing. Your account is NOT banned if the CC expires or is cancelled.
The account is banned if you or your credit card company file for a CHARGE BACK. A charge back is when the CC company takes back the money that was already paid us. When they do a charge back, they don't only take the money back, they charge us a fine.
If you play on an account for an extended amount of time and then have your CC company take the money back... your account will be banned, never to played again.

You (the customer) request a charge back. The credit card company never just "does it..".
The card owner has to request it. But if they request it... the CC company will take their money back for them. The CC company wants their business. You do not have to prove anything.
So if the wife did a charge back she effectively got him banned over a martial fight, since they going through a divorce yadda yadda....
I understand that cost NCSoft money, if he reimbursed ncsoft for this would that have any effect or it will not matter?
I wouldn't normally ask but this is not something that really listed anywhere before like EULA or TOS.

I mean, I'm starting to worry that I should make sure that I don't have a fight with my wife that makes her do something like this to me! I married her 22 years ago, she's a full blooded Italian, so from time to time we do have little spats (making up is the fun part). I had many reasons for marrying her, her temper was NOT one of them. She doesn't like this game and if she found out that she could get rid of it by doing this to me.......

Because what the credit card company does is say you have paid for 2 accounts for 3 years meaning $360 in charges. They deduct that from NCSoft's Credit collection account automatically and charge them say another $50 charge back fee. So effectily you have just stolen $410 from NCSoft, needless to say they are not going to be happy and do not need to offer you service again.
As Spam said which is good advice if you worry about this then make sure your the only name on the account and this is not a problem or buy time cards or buy more flowers for your wife lol.
NCSoft is just protecting their own intrests because I doubt anyone is going to cut a check to ncsoft for 400 or more bucks just to get their account back lol.

A billing error will never result in a charge back. Its really that simple.
A charge back is something you the cardholder requests.
With that said, most chargeback fee's are only in the neighborhood of $10-50, not a big amount. That fee can also be lowered if your a good client. (Although I've never seen chargeback fee's lower then $5 personally)
Great tool in divorce. No recource for the victom and no laws broken. Now no need for the false abuse charge. Ex loses beloved lv 79 toon of 3 yearsand dosen't know its happing till he's(She's) banned and can't fix it.
