Does anyone know the exact max bid for a CH? I know a lot of people refer to it as 2b, but is it 2'000'000'000, or 1'999'999'999 or something different?
And does it still work that whatever clan bids 2b first automatically get the ch, or if two clans bid 2b is there a random for who gets it or something?
Max is 2bil... exactly.
The way it works is the first clan to bid that bids 2bil gets it.
So....
If clan A bids 50mil,
then clan B bids 2 bil,
Then clan A rebids at 2 bil, clan A will get it. So its not quite like an auction.
Not sure if its supposed to work that way, but I doubt they've changed it since C5.
The list of bidders isnt necessarily in order of when the clan bid, or how much they bid either from my memory.

Exactly, that is what we found out back then ;) The date/time of the initial bid of each bidder counts when several clans bid max - not the date/time when you bid max. Get your bid in early so that you are the first to bid, no matter what amount, and then later on increase the bid to max if you can.
Our clan bid on an Aden clan hall, but we only had 1.5b at the time of the initial bid.
Other clan bid max after we had placed our bid.
We increased our bid to max (we thought the others would probably get the ch if they really bid max, because they did so first - but who knows, maybe they only bluffed), so we were the 2nd to bid max, but our initial bid was the first.
We got the ch.
(all ended well, the other clan who bid is now in the same ally we are in, and they now have the ch right next door to us :) )
