Lvl to use equipment

I've been searching for somewhere to tell me what lvl you need to be before using each grade of equipment.

I know that lvl 20 you can use D-Grade equipment and lvl 40 you switch to C-Grade equipment, but I am saving for my B-Grade equipment and have no clue when I can use it without penelties. Please list them for me. Thanks in advance.

20 = D....40 = C....52 = B....61 = A.....like 72 or 75 = S

Thanks very much. I hope this helps other newer people too.

76 = S

Great thanks. I wrote it all down so I don't hafta find it again.
